Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, developing strategic plans, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, outreach to prospective clients, drafting proposals, and reporting on business development activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in market research and identifying business opportunities
• Proven ability to develop strategic business plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships
• Proficiency in drafting business proposals and presentations
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the IT training and certification industry is a plus
