Advertising Manager

Grras Solutions is looking for an experienced and results-driven Ad Manager to take charge of online ad campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include developing campaign strategies, conducting thorough audience and keyword research, managing budgets, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. You will also focus on A/B testing, retargeting, and scaling campaigns to improve overall performance. You will be expected to create and manage ad campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels. Developing comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with Grras Solutions" marketing goals will be crucial. Conducting detailed target audience research to define demographics, behaviors, and interests, as well as performing keyword research and effective bidding strategies, will be essential for maximizing campaign reach and minimizing costs. Monitoring and managing campaign budgets efficiently, along with tracking and analyzing campaign performance using metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI, are key aspects of the role. Regular reporting, insights, A/B testing, and optimizing ads for retargeting will also be part of your responsibilities. Utilizing tools like Google Analytics and conversion tracking pixels to track conversions and measure campaign success will be necessary. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing PPC and social media ad campaigns, a deep understanding of advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Ads, expertise in keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation. Proficiency in budget management, performance tracking, reporting tools, creating compelling ad copy, and optimizing creative assets for engagement is required. Strong analytical skills, experience with A/B testing, ad optimization, retargeting strategies, and familiarity with conversion tracking tools are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in the tech or education sector, knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies to complement ad campaigns, and Google Ads certification.
