Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating and delivering presentations to potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth. Additionally, the role involves market research, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Experience in business development, client relationship management, and market research
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations
Knowledge of the banking and financial services industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
