About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition and growth strategy for web and mobile application services. The ideal candidate will combine a strong business acumen with a deep understanding of digital technologies to drive revenue, establish strategic partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions to clients.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, relationship management, and technical awareness to ensure client requirements are translated into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients for web and mobile app development services.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Leverage industry networks, digital platforms, and lead generation tools to uncover opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients across industries and geographies.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored digital solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.

Collaboration with Technical Teams

  • Work closely with project managers, designers, and developers to scope projects accurately.
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams to meet expectations.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Market Research & Strategic Insights

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities.
  • Provide insights to refine service offerings and enhance client value propositions.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral, case studies, and client success stories.

Sales Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Achieve or exceed defined sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of business development or sales in IT services, particularly in web and mobile application development.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and emerging technology trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing domestic and international clients is preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and proposal management software.
