Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify new customer acquisition opportunities, promote gold loan products, and meet financial targets.
- Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate loan processing staff to achieve sales goals.
- Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service, handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Compliance*: Adhere to banking regulations, company policies, and maintain high audit scores.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present branch performance reports, track and control threshold IRR, and ensure strong follow-up for interest collections.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in financial services, specifically in the gold loan sector.
- Skills: Strong leadership, team management, communication, and customer service skills
