Our innovative product range includes air-source heat pumps for homes, commercial buildings, industries, and swimming pools. We work with architects, builders, and channel partners to deliver smarter, greener solutions that save energy and protect the planet. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our network of architects, premium builders, and dealers. The BDM will play a critical role in identifying, approaching, and appointing new partners who will specify and promote Delta Green’s heat pump solutions. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, villa builders, contractors, and dealers across Bengaluru and nearby regions. Identify and onboard new channel partners (architects, builders, dealers) to expand Delta Green’s footprint. Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions to position Delta Green as a trusted sustainable brand. Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements with new dealers and specifiers. Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management team. Coordinate with internal teams (technical & marketing) to ensure smooth support for newly appointed partners. Deliver on monthly/quarterly sales and partner acquisition targets . Requirements Education: Graduate degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 2–5 years in business development / channel sales, preferably in HVAC, renewable energy, water heating, or building materials . Strong network or ability to build rapport with architects, builders, and contractors . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented with a can-do attitude. Willingness to travel across Bengaluru and nearby areas. What We Offer Competitive salary package of 40,000 – 50,000 per month.
