Role Overview

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  architects, villa builders, contractors, and dealers

  across Bengaluru and nearby regions.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners (architects, builders, dealers) to expand Delta Green’s footprint.
• Conduct

  product presentations, demos, and technical discussions

  to position Delta Green as a trusted sustainable brand.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements with new dealers and specifiers.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management team.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical & marketing) to ensure smooth support for newly appointed partners.
• Deliver on monthly/quarterly

  sales and partner acquisition targets

Requirements

• Education:

  Graduate degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Experience:

  2–5 years in business development / channel sales, preferably in

  HVAC, renewable energy, water heating, or building materials

  .
• Strong network or ability to build rapport with

  architects, builders, and contractors

  .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to travel across Bengaluru and nearby areas.
