Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused One Year experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle calls, assist potential and existing clients with queries related to gold loan settlement, convert leads into customers, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Make outbound calls to follow up on leads generated through campaigns or referrals.
✅ Clearly explain our gold loan settlement services to clients in a professional and trustworthy manner.
✅ Handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve doubts, and provide accurate information.
✅ Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads and assist them throughout the service journey.✅ Convert leads into successful closures through persuasive communication and strong product knowledge.
✅ Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing timely assistance and support.
✅ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
