Job description Xcellify is a one stop digital solution for the students from Primary School till Graduation, where they can discover and choose from an extensive network of curated service providers encompassing education, lifestyle, extracurricular, study finance, accommodation, merchandise and many more. We are creating a unique ecosystem for Students, providing them all the enablers they require to excel in career and life as well as other lifestyle products, which they can access on either their desktop or smartphone. If you are as passionate as we are about helping the current generation of students to excel by providing them the guidance towards the right career choices, resources, tools and enablers, join us as a “ Career Expert & Counsellor ” What you would do: 1. Counselling of Students who approach our platform based on our in-house career assessment test. 2. Guide the students with various Career & Study options in India & Abroad. 3. Guide students on other queries viz. Hobbies, Internships, Study Finance etc. 4. Guide students to select right service providers based on requirements. 5. Train the teachers of partner education institutions on our in-house career assessment test. 6. Source and onboard education institutions. What are we looking for: 1. Proficient in Student counselling across levels of studies from Primary till Post-Graduation. 2. Experience in student/education institution related sales would be highly preferred. 3. Deep understanding about Assessment Tests, Aptitude Tests & Psychometric tests for students. 4. Understanding of Adolescent & Teen age psychology and behaviour and experience in providing career and life skill guidance. 5. Good understanding of various Technology and digital media used by the students for education as well as hobbies and extracurricular activities. 6. Articulate and high on self-drive and execution. 7. Ability to navigate through startup chaos. 8. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a premier school or Ed-tech company or as an individual career counsellor. 9. Masters in Psychology or Education is preferred. However, education can be relaxed for high on-the job relevant experience. What we offer: 1. Be part of something exciting from the grounds up 2.
