We are creating an unique ecosystem for Students, providing them all the enablers they require to excel in career and life as well as other lifestyle products, which they can access on either their desktop or smartphone.

We are looking for a results-driven “Business Development Manager” to lead our business growth efforts. The right candidate shall drive onboarding of the prospective Sellers / Schools etc through active field visits.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Drive Business Growth by acquiring Sellers & Vendors providing products & services catering to requirements of Students and on-boarding them.

2. Develop & foster partnerships with various Product & Service Providers catering to Students

3. On-board partnership with Schools, Colleges and other relevant organisations for student related activities

4. Create partnerships with intermediaries who can help us onboard various vendors, service providers, educational institutions

5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business growth

6. Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to source right Vendors & service providers

Qualifications

• Around -2- years’ Experience in Education OR e-commerce industries is essential

• Good understanding & connect in Student & academic ecosystem

• Experience in partnership management, business development, marketing

• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High on drive & Target orientation

• MBA from a good B’School, though not mandatory, will be an added advantage
