Business Development Manager (BDM)

    : Understand and communicate client needs to the delivery/recruitment team.
  • Sales Cycle Management

    : Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Target Achievement

    : Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Market Analysis

    : Monitor trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
  • Representation

    : Represent the company in client meetings, virtual presentations, and business events.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Experience

    : 5+ years in business development, with a focus on the GCC market.
  • Industry Knowledge

    : Familiarity with recruitment/staffing or IT services is a plus.
  • Skills

    : Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
