Target Achievement : Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals. Market Analysis : Monitor trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to refine strategies. Representation : Represent the company in client meetings, virtual presentations, and business events. Key Skills & Requirements Experience : 5+ years in business development, with a focus on the GCC market. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with recruitment/staffing or IT services is a plus. Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Work Style : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and work independently. Flexibility : Willingness to adapt to Gulf time zones for client interactions.
