    Create a well-qualified pipeline of prospective clients by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key decision-makers
    Ensure achievement of Company sales targets, profitability @ Cash flowWork closely with the Team to generate new leads, understand competitors position, and identify opportunitiesExpected to lead by example and maintain the highest standards of administration in accordance with the agreed sales process, ensuring that the CRM systems are accurately updatedExpected to lead enterprise-level sales opportunities and coordinate project teamsClose new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operationsEnhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Protect organization's value by keeping information confidentialFlexibility to work across shiftsMinimum experience of 5 to 7 years in leading Business Development teamsTraining and mentoring teams

Experience in Market Research/KPO/BPO will be preferred
