We’re on the lookout for a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Manager who’s excited to unlock growth opportunities and build lasting partnerships. This role goes beyond just generating leads—it’s about understanding client needs, solving problems, and helping the business expand in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

● Understand client requirements and align them with the company’s services/solutions.

● Craft customized proposals and pitch decks for prospective clients and partners.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience.

● Stay updated with market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments.

● Track all interactions and pipeline activity using CRM tools and share regular updates with leadership.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

● MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.

● 3–6+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships.

● Proven success in achieving revenue targets and building strong client relationships.

Required Skills:

● Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

● Strategic thinking with an eye for spotting business opportunities.
