Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries (start-ups, MNCs, logistics, fleet, etc.).
Engage with CXO-level stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs) to understand and address leasing needs.
Generate leads via cold calls, trade shows, referrals, and networking.
Customize and structure leasing solutions for specific client requirements.
Work closely with OEMs, dealers, and intermediaries to expand business reach.
Handle complete account lifecycle negotiation, credit approval, funding, and post-disbursal.
Drive revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate or Postgraduate.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Leasing Sales or B2B/Corporate Sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach.
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and work independently.
