Job Description We are hiring Field Sales Executives to drive EV two-wheeler leasing sales in Hyderabad. The role involves daily field visits, client acquisition, lead conversion, and customer onboarding. Responsibilities Meet delivery partners, logistics companies & fleet operators. Pitch EV scooter leasing plans to B2B & B2C clients. Handle leads, demos, KYC & vehicle delivery. Build partnerships with charging stations & service centers. Maintain client relationships for renewals & referrals. Submit daily sales/visit reports via CRM. Requirements Min 1 year field sales experience (2W leasing/EV preferred). Experience with Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto, Amazon riders or fleet operators a plus. Good communication & negotiation skills. Must have smartphone + valid 2W license. Local language knowledge preferred. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to leasing, B2B/corporate sales, and a proven track record of managing client relationships and driving revenue. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries (start-ups, MNCs, logistics, fleet, etc.). Engage with CXO-level stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs) to understand and address leasing needs. Generate leads via cold calls, trade shows, referrals, and networking. Customize and structure leasing solutions for specific client requirements. Work closely with OEMs, dealers, and intermediaries to expand business reach.
