Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Events, based in Hauz Khas. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, developing event strategies, and increasing the company's market presence. Responsibilities include managing leads, conducting market research, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful event execution.

Qualifications

Strong business development, lead generation, and client relationship management skills
Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and proposal writing
Experience in event planning, strategy development, and project management
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to meet targets, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with the M.I.C.E and events industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
