Business Development Manager - Events

As a Manager Business Development at this company, your role involves ensuring the achievement of annual revenue targets through effective business development strategies. Your responsibilities include: - Building a prospect list of client organizations by conducting thorough research and establishing contact with these prospects. - Presenting Kestone Credentials accurately and showcasing the various services offered by the company. - Engaging with the right client contacts to generate briefs and requirements for events and B2B lead generation. - Understanding the clients" briefs from an objective and outcome perspective and facilitating the team's understanding. - Collaborating with internal teams to create proposals that meet clients" requirements within specified time frames. - Developing quotes and pitching proposals with the intention of winning business. - Working closely with the Client Servicing team to ensure client requirements are executed as committed, including creating and sharing briefs, reviewing deliverables, and negotiating cost and timelines. - Ensuring timely invoicing and collection processes. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - 8-10 years of experience in business development within events/digital/marketing agencies. - Strong sales mindset and excellent relationship building skills. - Good understanding of BTL marketing and experience working with events/digital/lead generation agencies. - Passion for growing sales numbers and expanding business. - Enjoyment in solving customer problems. - Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to influence. - Full-time MBA or PGDM in Marketing or related disciplines. - Deep desire for value creation, high ownership, and resilience.
