Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 10-11 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve organizational goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Proven track record of success in business development and sales. Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
