Job Description

Precedence Research Private Limitedis seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Developement Manager to join our sales team, and sell our services, handle client acquisition and relationship building, with a focus on the EMEA market.

Shift timing: EMEA Shift (WFO)

Company Location: Balewadi, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the EMEA region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through thorough research, networking, and targeted outreach specific to the EMEA market.

Inbound Sales Management:

  • Handle and convert inbound inquiries from EMEA-based clients into qualified leads and sales.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing tailored solutions that align with their specific needs and industry standards.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s offerings to effectively communicate value to potential clients in the EMEA market.

Outbound Sales Activities:

  • Proactively engage with potential clients in the EMEA region through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods during the EMEA shift hours.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a focus on EMEA-based prospects through targeted outbound sales efforts.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of EMEA clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing EMEA clients to drive repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Engage regularly with clients to understand their evolving needs, providing solutions that ensure long-term success.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, balancing client requirements with company profitability.

Geographical Awareness:

  • Stay informed about the geography, market trends, and competitive dynamics of the EMEA region to refine sales strategies and approaches.
  • Understand the cultural and economic factors influencing the EMEA market to enhance client engagement and sales success.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the EMEA region.
  • Conduct research to identify potential market segments and target audiences for the company’s services in the EMEA.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on market research.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and research teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Share valuable feedback and insights with internal teams to improve service offerings and boost client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members to improve their performance and contribute to overall team success.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth, focusing on the EMEA market.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, ensuring accurate and timely records.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement specific to the EMEA region.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales only within the market research industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies, industry trends, and client needs.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with sales tools and platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
