Business Development Manager


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the

    IT services and staff augmentation

    space. 
  • Generate qualified leads through

    networking, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and referrals

  • Develop and maintain

    long-term relationships

    with clients across domestic and international markets. 
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored solutions. 
  • Prepare and deliver

    business proposals and presentations

  • Negotiate terms and finalize deals in alignment with company objectives. 
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine business strategies. 
  • Meet or exceed defined sales and revenue targets. 
  • Maintain detailed sales pipelines and reports through CRM tools. 
  • Partner with leadership and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 4 to 10 years

    of proven experience in

    business development or sales

    within the

    IT services industry

  • Strong knowledge of

    staff augmentation, project-based engagements, and outsourcing models

  • Proven experience in

    international client acquisition.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to draft compelling proposals and respond effectively to client requirements. 
  • Experience working with

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools

    (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce), and lead generation platforms. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a results-driven approach. 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Business Administration, Marketing, or IT-related disciplines

 

Nice to Have


  • Understanding of emerging technologies (Java, React, Python, Cloud, etc.) 
  • Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments. 
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
