Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities : Client Engagement : Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, establishing initial contact and fostering relationships. Client Relationship Management : Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to better understand their evolving needs and ensure continued business. Solution Customization : Customize solutions and proposals to meet client-specific needs and requirements, ensuring that the offered solutions are tailored to their business objectives. Sales Presentations & Deal Closure : Deliver engaging presentations, addressing client needs and concerns, and effectively closing sales deals. Sales Documentation : Keep accurate records of sales activities, meetings, and client interactions within CRM systems, ensuring up-to-date and organized tracking. Industry Awareness : Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to proactively address client needs and market opportunities. Representation : Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and establish new business connections. Qualifications, Role-Specific Knowledge, and Experience : Education : Bachelors degree in Business or a related field. Experience : A minimum of 5 years of IT sales or business development experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Salesforce Knowledge : Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services, including how they can be leveraged to meet client needs. Communication & Negotiation Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively. CRM Proficiency : Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Salesforce) for managing leads, client interactions, and sales pipelines. Willingness to Travel : Openness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities. Certifications : Relevant industry certifications are preferred, particularly those related to IT sales or business development.
