Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: o 5-8 years of experience in IT project management or related roles. o Experience managing projects in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 preferred. Technical Skills: o Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Service Now (ITSM) Microsoft Project, JIRA). o Understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and cloud technologies. o Basic knowledge of databases, network systems, and enterprise applications.
