Overview: As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will take a lead role in designing structural elements for a variety of projects, ensuring high-quality work delivered on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and external professionals, contributing to both technical and strategic aspects of the design process. Key Responsibilities: Lead the structural design of building projects, focusing on a wide range of structures both in India and internationally. Work closely with technicians to develop CAD and Revit drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Represent the team in meetings with clients, professionals, and suppliers to ensure design objectives are met. Deliver high-quality design work, adhering to agreed deadlines and budgets. Ensure key design decisions align with client and company objectives, keeping senior staff informed. Coordinate design efforts with other project team members to ensure seamless project delivery. Skills and Experience: Master's degree in Structural Engineering. 3-6 years of relevant experience, with international experience preferred. Essential experience with secondary steel design. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software; experience with Revit Structures is a plus. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Familiarity with relevant domestic standards and codes. A proactive, confident approach to problem-solving and design challenges.
