Role Description : As a Business Development Manager at Dimechain Consulting, you’ll lead the charge in identifying and securing new business opportunities across various industries. This role is perfect for a strategic, results-driven professional with a passion for consultative selling and building long-term client partnerships. You’ll represent our full suite of offerings — including digital strategy, performance marketing, and our in-house software tools — and guide prospects through complex sales cycles. From generating leads and crafting tailored proposals to negotiating deals and closing contracts, you will be instrumental in scaling our client base and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and target new client opportunities. Build a strong sales pipeline through outreach and networking. Understand client challenges and offer tailored, strategic solutions. Represent the value of our services, software, and consulting as an integrated offering. Build trust-based relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, Directors). Negotiate contracts and close deals that deliver impact. Provide market feedback to inform marketing and product teams. Qualifications : Required : Proven success in B2B sales or business development (preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or MarTech). Solid understanding of digital marketing channels like SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, and Content Marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience managing long and complex sales cycles. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho). Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a hunter mentality. Preferred: Experience selling bundled offerings (Services + Software). Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools. An existing network of clients or leads in relevant industries.
