SCOPE OF THE JOB

The job involves exploring new business opportunities with existing customers as well as onboarding new customers. In the process, one has to ensure that all Pre-requisite documents are checked and sign-off, submission of Techno-Commercial solution, and ensuring that PO is being placed by the customer on time, further delivery should happen within SLA as agreed with the customer.

Business Development

• Exploring new business opportunities wrt to Market trend and analysis.
• Customer engagement and Onboarding of new Customers

Managing customer lifecycle

• Regular communication with the customer in terms of Service and new Business
• Ensure prompt and appropriate response to Customer for each activity
• Keep close engagement with Customers for new products/areas

Presales

• Customer requirement Gathering and providing a solution to Customer
• Proposal Preparation and competitive quote submission to Customer
• Ensuring all the Pre-requisite documents being checked and sign off (Customer License, Service as per their License Category, Agreement, PO checks, etc)
• Submission of Technical - Commercial Solution and ensuring the PO being placed by a customer in time

Post-Sales

• Project planning and assigning the activities to Customer as well as DEPL internal team
• Ensuring that the delivery happens as per SLA agreed with Customer.
• Ensuring that Customer takes over the fibers on ASAP basis upon gets readiness notice from DEPL Project / O&M team.
• Ensuring HOTOs get signed as per the terms agreed and on an immediate basis upon completion of HOTO.
