Role Overview

Sales / Business Development Professional


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and onboard international clients looking to establish or expand GCCs in India.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and senior stakeholders in technology, engineering, and operations.
  • Understand client requirements and present Dabster’s end-to-end GCC setup, workforce, and operational support solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, legal, and finance) to deliver tailored client proposals and onboarding plans.
  • Achieve business targets related to client acquisition, revenue growth, and partnership expansion.
  • Represent Dabster at industry events, forums, and networking opportunities related to GCC, outsourcing, and talent solutions.


Desired Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in IT, engineering, or consulting domains.
  • Strong understanding of the

    GCC ecosystem in India

    , including talent markets, cost models, and setup processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience working with global clients in Europe, the UK, or the US will be an advantage.
