Job Role: Business Development Manager

This role goes beyond traditional salesit includes managing B2B relationships, client acquisition, pricing, partnership development, showroom operations, market research, and even launching new verticals.
You will be responsible for client acquisition, strategic partnerships, pricing, Ideal for someone who can work independently, handle multiple clients in the domain of logistics and food delivery, and turn lead opportunities into business.

Engage in lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Develop tailored business development strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance revenue.
Identify and approach potential clients and partners, understand their needs, and offer customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
Develop business strategies focused on ROI-driven expansion, including showroom development.
Identify and establish new channels for businessincluding cafs, apparel, and branding spaces.
Create competitive pricing models and negotiate effectively to maintain profitability.
Draft and negotiate contracts, proposals, and business agreements.
Support the planning and execution of strategies across Product, Price, Place, and Promotion.
Lead the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
Prepare and present proposals, including pricing, timelines, and contractual terms.
Negotiate contracts and ensure successful implementation of agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for business development and account management.
Coordinate and negotiate commercial contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Ensure exceptional service and customer experience by addressing client needs promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high satisfaction levels throughout the sales and post-sales process.
Support the setup of new showrooms, pop-ups, or caf outlets from scratchsite selection to launch.
Oversee partner onboarding, daily deliverables, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Ensure timely and smooth service/product delivery to clients or partners.
Conduct market research to identify pricing, new products, and competitor activity within the automotive industry.
Analyze data and client feedback to refine and improve business strategies.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met.
Convert business opportunities into closed deals, ensuring each deal contributes to the company's revenue goals.
Focus on driving a high return on investment (ROI) from all business development activities.
Track and measure the success of business development initiatives and continuously refine strategies.
Effectively manage multiple client accounts and business opportunities simultaneously.
Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Handle all aspects of business development including client communication to contact closure.
Collaborate with product development, marketing, and technical teams to align business development efforts with company offerings.
Provide feedback and insights to help shape product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services to clients.
Provide regular reports on sales progress, forecasts, and achievements.
Maintain proper records for sales pipeline and client interactions.
Present performance reviews to senior leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Proven experience in sales and client acquisition.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to pitch and negotiate confidently.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
