Role Description

This full-time Business Development Manager role is based on-site in Rajkot. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and creating strategies to expand the organization's market presence. The role also involves market analysis, managing sales teams, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

Proficiency in business development strategies, market analysis, and client relationship management
Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in achieving sales targets
Ability to manage and lead a sales team effectively
Knowledge of industrial equipment, such as EOT Cranes, Jib Cranes, and related products, is an advantage
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
Relevant experience in business development or industrial sales (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
