Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our B2B client base and drive strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships within the hospitality, retail, interiors, or real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase products/services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular business reports.

Key Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of proven

    B2B sales experience

    (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of the

    hospitality, retail, interior design, or commercial real estate

    sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities efficiently.

Saturday work from home (half day).
