Business Development Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a partner acquisition and enablement strategy to expand our cloud distribution network
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners (VARs, MSPs, SIs) aligned with company objectives
• Drive joint business plans with partners to meet revenue, margin, and market share goals
• Collaborate with cloud OEMs (AWS, Azure, etc.) to drive co-sell motions
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor moves to refine GTM strategy, and conduct sales enablement sessions to help partners position cloud solutions effectively

Your Competencies:

• 6+ years’ experience from similar business area, such as vendors, services providers, system integrators, cloud resellers and/or ISVs
• Solid experience from recruiting and developing partners within the IT Channel
• Experience with Microsoft CSP Business, as well as AWS business
• Specific sales experience with cloud, licensing and services

• You are an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• You have proven business acumen and a results-oriented approach
• You are a confident sales hunter with a natural ability to identify opportunities
