Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a Manager/Assistant Manager in Business Development for the SMF Battery Business. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong background in sales and marketing.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and execute corporate sales plans to generate revenue through sales of SMF Batteries.
  • Generate leads through emails and cold calling to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research on the SMF battery industry and create presentations/reports to analyze trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze competitor policies and develop strategic ties across markets to offer end-to-end solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Bridge the gap between customers and the company, ensuring good after-sales service and regular feedback from clients.
  • Monitor and coordinate timely dispatch of materials by the factory to clients, following up on payments.
  • Coordinate with the CRM team for after-sales service and develop/retain client relationships.
  • Conduct extensive research and training on SMF and Lithium-ion Batteries.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the electronics or battery industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to pitch new businesses and close deals.
  • Experience working with OEMs, dealers, and distributors is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and software, along with knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing corporate sales plans, generating leads, and building relationships with clients.
