Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development & Sales Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 3-9 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in business development and sales management.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to ensure customer success and upselling opportunities.
  • Gather marketing intelligence from customer feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Accurately forecast sales performance based on the existing pipeline, product improvements, and market trends.
  • Define and track performance metrics to measure sales effectiveness.
  • Coordinate sales efforts within the team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor and inspire through training, performance management, and opportunity creation.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on business development and sales management.
  • Strong understanding of EdTech sales and higher education industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
