We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and drive business growth in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI/ML, UI-UX, Digital Marketing).
· Generate leads through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, and other B2B portals.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
· Develop strategies for domestic and international market penetration.
· Prepare and deliver client proposals, presentations, and pitches.
· Collaborate with technical & delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
· Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
