Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Revenue Generation & Client Retention

  • Drive sales from existing OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients (e.g., automotive, lighting, consumer electronics).

  • Ensure timely collections and reduce bad debt exposure.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.


New Business Development

  • Identify and onboard new clients across verticals like embedded systems, IoT, and industrial automation.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with global suppliers and channel partners.


Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies (e.g., microcontrollers, sensors, ICs).

  • Recommend product positioning and pricing strategies based on segment insights.


Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.

  • Support logistics and supply chain optimization for timely delivery and compliance.


Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and customer feedback summaries.

  • Present performance metrics to leadership and suggest course corrections.
