About Us

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping U.S. and Canadian brands scale through paid ads, content, automation, and high-performing marketing funnels. As we expand, we’re looking for a highly skilled Upwork Bidder / Business Development Manager who understands how to win clients consistently — not just submit proposals.

This role is office-based (Sector 74, Mohali) and aligned with U.S. night shift hours.

Role Overview

We are hiring a full-time Upwork Bidder / BDM with deep experience in digital marketing and a strong track record on Upwork. You must know how to identify high-potential opportunities, write compelling proposals, maintain follow-ups, and help close new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily search and identification of qualified projects on Upwork (Digital Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media, SEO, Automations, Funnels, Web Design).
  • Write high-converting, personalized proposals tailored to each client.
  • Maintain and manage the complete bidding pipeline: lead qualification → proposal writing → follow-ups → meeting scheduling.
  • Collaborate with the founder on strategy, positioning, and client communication.
  • Manage CRM/sheets for lead tracking and performance reporting.
  • Take introductory calls with warm leads when needed (training provided).
  • Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs: proposals submitted, responses obtained, meetings booked, and deals closed.
  • Continuously refine proposal templates, sales scripts, and the bidding strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of proven Upwork bidding or business development experience — preferably with a digital marketing agency.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Branding, Funnels, Automation).
  • Outstanding English writing skills and the ability to sound natural, concise, and persuasive.
  • Strong ability to analyze client needs and create strategic, customized proposals.
  • Comfort with U.S. time zones (night shift is mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills for handling initial client conversations.
  • A record of meeting or exceeding sales/bidding targets.

Salary Range

₹30,000 – ₹70,000 INR per month
(Depending on experience, skill level, and past Upwork performance)

Additional Incentives:
