ZB Digital is a high-performing digital agency working with clients from around the globe, specializing in world-class branding, marketing, and digital strategy. We are now looking for a driven, ambitious Assistant to CEO to work directly with our founder and gain unmatched exposure to how a fast-growing digital agency operates.

Role Overview

You will work closely with the CEO to handle daily and weekly digital tasks, assist in research, manage small operational duties, and help execute various projects. This is a learning-first role for someone who is hungry to grow, willing to do whatever it takes to improve, and ready to step into the world of digital business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist CEO in daily and weekly tasks.
• Conduct online research and fetch specific details when required.
• Support in managing and organizing projects.
• Help with social media-related activities.
• Perform general assistant duties to keep the CEO focused on high-priority work.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduate OR 1 year of work experience.
• Basic understanding of social media and how it works.
• Ambitious, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time, In-office (Mohali)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
