Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Video/Graphic Editor & Designer to join our core team. This is not just a design role—it’s a key creative position where you’ll help shape the visual identity of brands we work with. You will be responsible for creating high-impact video content, stunning still graphics, and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to every project.

As one of our first senior hires, we need a team player who is ambitious, proactive, and passionate about design and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Edit world-class talking head videos for clients, ensuring pacing, transitions, subtitles, and overall flow match premium standards.
• Create short-form, social-first videos (reels, YouTube Shorts) optimized for engagement and virality.
• Incorporate AI-powered tools and creative workflows to speed up and enhance editing.

Graphic Design

• Design eye-catching still graphics, carousels, ad creatives, and branding assets.
• Maintain a strong sense of design hierarchy, typography, colors, and palettes.
• Adapt brand guidelines into creative campaigns and deliver visuals that resonate with audiences.

Creative Strategy & Collaboration

• Work closely with the founder, marketing team, and clients to ideate and execute campaigns.
• Stay updated with global design and video trends to push the creative boundaries.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing in fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Video/Graphic Editor & Designer (portfolio required).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and familiarity with AI-powered tools (Runway, Midjourney, D-ID, etc. is a plus).
• Strong sense of design principles: color theory, typography, composition, and branding.
• Ability to take raw footage and transform it into polished, cinematic, and engaging videos.
• Knowledge of social media formats, trends, and algorithms.
• A creative problem solver who thrives under deadlines.
• Must have your own laptop/system capable of handling professional editing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Location: Sector 74B, Industrial Area, Mohali
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
