Job Brief

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth by successfully managing the sales team and the social media marketing team.
• Designing and implementing strategic business plans that expand the Company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
• Understanding the ideal customers and how they relate to our business.

Requirements and Skills

• MBA in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Successful previous experience as a Sales Head, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and IT industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
