Candidate must have atleast of 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Development, Project sales.

Candidate should possess an Engineering degree with Electronics/Computers/ Electrical as major.

- He will manage the sales force within his/her defined regional territory.

-He/ she is responsible for overseeing sales operations, meeting targets, and managing direct sales reports, if any.

- Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets set by the company with regard to Home Automation Solutions - AV, LMS and ELV

- Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales. Organize product demos and submit proposals, as required.

- Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory.

- Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization

- Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to the Head - Distribution Sales

  • Focusing on Acquisition of new business using existing contacts & cold calling, to grow potential accounts from existing value to its true potential, would be an independent techno commercial role & will carry annual business target.
  • Should be conversant with the networking & AV design & implementation solutions.
  • Will be responsible to build a local team for the implementation of projects as well as back-end operations.
  • Would independently handle, commercial negotiations, order closures, projects & address/resolve all the issues related to implement the project & ensure customer satisfaction in totality.
  • Must have an aptitude for troubleshooting & thorough with documentation work related to the projects.
  • Should have experience in working along with some of the key local GC contractors & builders Architects.
  • Should be able to understand the client requirements & ensure that the team builds optimal design solutions around the same.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :

- sales target achievement for the month/quarter and annual

- outstanding sales receivables collected

- retention of direct reports

- completion of self and team development goals

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB

- 5-10 years of proven sales experience in an Home Automation ,AV / ELV / LIGHTING MANAGEMENT products distribution and/or any reputed System Integrator company

- Experience in achieving annual distribution targets of more than Rs. 1 Crore

- People-oriented and results-driven

- Knowledge of Sales processes

- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

-Should have good communication skills & adequate knowledge of PPT, office, excel, Visio Cad etc.

- Should have own conveyance & also be willing to travel across the region to handle projects in various cities in PAN India

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
