CCTV Engineer , BMS PROJECT ENGINEER, ELV Project Engineer

• The ELV engineer is responsible for engineering design at various phases of the project to meet project requirements in the field of instrumentation and process automation. The engineer shall be involved in proposal preparation along with design manager with host which includes scope & schedule understanding, deliverables finalization, Effort estimation.
• The Engineer will need a thorough understanding of the operational processes of an organisation as the role is multidisciplinary, working closely with colleagues across all disciplines.

Roles:

• To execute project as per approved drawing with proper supervision and planning.
• To submit daily manpower report to clients & HO.
• To prepare & check indent for material requirement.
• To have liaison with clients / consultants on technical matter.
• To prepare the erection schedule of CCTV, Access system, PA, FAS, etc as per scope of work.
• To ensure good quality of work, time to time measurement of works carried out and maintaining proper records.
• Certification of measurements by consultants/clients
• To assist in preparation of as built drawings.
• To reconcile the materials for preparing final bill.
• To maintain all project related documents for closing operation.
• All other work assigned by the company from time to time.

Job descriptionMust have basic knowledge of HVAC, IBMS & Fire products
Respond to breakdown & callout requests.Handle commissioning, repair & maintenance of BMS, Fire & Service productsMust be proactive & be able to work under own initiative.

Required Candidate profile

Degree in Electronics/E&TC/ Instrumentation Engineering as applicable.
Proficient with IBMS, Fire & Security ProductsExperience on high & low voltage systems associated with BMS works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
