Business Development Manager (BDM)

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Support the learning and development of the sales team
• Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
• Track and report all sales activities
• Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
• Sales Strategy & Planning: Developing and executing regional sales strategies, setting and achieving targets, identifying opportunities, and monitoring market trends and competitors.
• Team Leadership & Development: Leading, coaching, and developing the sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, assisting with hiring and training, and fostering a positive team environment.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking sales results, reporting to management, forecasting profits, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Working with marketing and product teams on sales materials, and coordinating with other departments for a smooth customer experience.

Experience & Skills

• Experience managing sales teams
• Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
• Excellent communication skills
• 5-10 years of experience in sales management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
