Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, particularly within the interior design or related industries. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities in the interior design sector.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure that client expectations are met.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and services.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
