Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, forge key partnerships, and promote advanced Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 solutions to clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in enterprise software/concept selling and client relationship management with strong exposure to the decentralized web ecosystem. This is a strictly on-site role and all interviews will be conducted face-to-face at our Noida office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential leads, market trends, and competitor activity in Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 spaces.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify client pain points and demonstrate how our solutions align with their strategic objectives.
  • Lead negotiations, create proposals, and close contracts to ensure revenue growth.
  • Educate clients on blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps).
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure customer feedback informs product development.
  • Understand legal and compliance issues related to blockchain and cryptocurrency and advise clients accordingly.
  • Provide regular sales performance and market trend reports to leadership.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech / BCA required); MBA / M.Tech is highly desirable.
  • 4–8 years of experience in business development, software/concept selling, and client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve annual sales targets between USD 10–50 million.
  • In-depth understanding of Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 technologies, especially blockchain and smart contracts.
  • Strong market research and analytical skills; able to present insights through structured MIS reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to results.
  • Experience with software solutions or enterprise technology sales is a must.
  • Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • CTC Range: ₹5–10 LPA (Fixed) based on experience

Interview Process:

  • All interviews will be conducted face-to-face at our Sector 63, Noida office.
  • Includes a Written Test and In-person Interview.
  • Note: We do not conduct interviews via Skype, phone, or online platforms. Please apply only if you are available for in-office interviews and open to full-time on-site work.

Important Note:

  • We are strictly looking for candidates who are open to working from our office. Remote or hybrid working options are not available.
  • Only candidates with excellent English communication skills and a minimum qualification of B.Tech/BCA (CS/IT) will be considered.
