Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships across global markets
  • Lead sales outreach and conversion strategies for international clients
  • Own and manage the full sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored proposals that meet client needs
  • Manage, mentor, and guide a team of business development executives to consistently achieve sales targets
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement strategies for continuous improvement
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to strategic business planning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B tech/services sales.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated success in working with US & EU clientele
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about business growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹226,649.70 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
