Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve company goals.
Identify potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships.
Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and close deals.
Create and present sales pitches to prospective clients.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Prepare detailed business development plans and reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role (3+ years).
Strong understanding of market dynamics and sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
