Business Development Manager (BDM)

Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders Lead pitch presentations, proposals, and negotiations Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and creative teams to craft compelling offerings Track sales pipelines, maintain CRM data, and deliver regular performance reports Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and networking opportunities Requirements Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and creative services (preferred for agencies) Ability to build trust quickly and manage long-term client relationships Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and proposal drafting
