Job Description

To develop, manage, and expand our brand market presence by identifying new business opportunities, establishing distributor and dealer networks, and strengthening brand visibility within the automotive lubricant sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive and industrial lubricant segments.
  • Build and manage a strong distributor, dealer, and retailer network to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth areas.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, branding, and product launches.
  • Ensure effective pricing strategies, stock planning, and payment follow-ups with channel partners.
  • Prepare and present monthly business performance reports and sales forecasts to management.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and training to distributors and sales representatives.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure service quality aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Bachelors and diploma Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in business development or sales within the lubricants, automotive.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
  • Excellent knowledge of automotive oils, lubricants, and aftermarket industry trends.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
