Job Description For Sales Manager   Position Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the lift and elevator industry. This role requires identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's range of lift and elevator solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Business Development: ·        Identify and generate new business opportunities in the lift and elevator industry. ·        Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. ·        Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors. 2. Client Relationship Management: ·        Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, property developers, and facility managers. ·        Provide technical guidance and product information to clients. ·        Handle client inquiries and offer customized solutions to meet their requirements. 3. Proposal and Negotiation: ·        Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. ·        Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals. ·        Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. 4. Market Intelligence: ·        Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities. ·        Provide feedback and insights to management for product and service improvement. 5. Reporting and Documentation: ·        Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates. ·        Prepare regular sales reports for management review. 6. Team Handling: ·        Handling teams. Qualifications and Skills: ·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. ·        Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the lift or construction industry. ·        Strong understanding of lift and elevator products, market dynamics, and customer needs. ·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ·        Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. ·        Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. ·        Willingness to travel as needed. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): ·        Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals. ·        Number of new clients acquired and retained. ·        Customer satisfaction and feedback. ·        Timely submission of reports and documentation.   Job Location: Delhi
