Key Responsibilities: ➢Research and identify companies actively hiring but facing recruitment challenges. ➢Reach out to key decision-makers (HR Managers, CHROs, CEOs, Founders). ➢Understand client hiring needs and pitch the most relevant foundit solutions. ➢Schedule and deliver demos showcasing our platform’s features and benefits. ➢Follow up with clients, handle objections, and drive negotiation conversations. ➢Close the sale and ensure smooth onboarding with the internal delivery team. ➢Own the monthly revenue targets and sales funnel for your assigned region. ➢Track competition trends and hiring patterns across industries. Eligibility Criteria: ➢Graduate in any discipline (mandatory). ➢1 to 7 years of B2B sales experience (Inside Sales or Corporate Sales preferred). ➢Experience in industries like HR Tech, SaaS, IT Sales, Consulting, BFSI, Media, or DotCom is highly preferred. ➢Strong experience in managing the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closure. Functional & Soft Skills Required: ➢Excellent verbal and written communication. ➢Professional email writing and presentation skills. ➢Experience selling to CHROs, CEOs, CFOs, or senior decision-makers. ➢Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. ➢Negotiation and objection handling ability. ➢Target-driven and able to perform with minimal supervision. ➢Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and digital communication tools.
